He informed me about every steps of the procedure and he treated me fast and with a lot of care. \t\n\t\nDr. Yea and his staff are genuinely nice and down to earth for all. I felt very relaxed while I was there. Being in Washington for 6 years I have been to 5 different dentists and always had a problem. \t\n\t\nA friend recommended Dr Yea and I decided to try him out, and being that I was already starting to hate all dentists here in Washington, why not give him a chance.\t\n\t\nHis team is very friendly, works with making appointments to my convenience. I think the best thing is having an honest relatiinship with your doctor as any other doctor you have and tell him your needs and concerns and what best fits your financial status as well. \t\n\t\nI personally needed alot of work and he told me step by step what needs to be done in its order, meaning what is important to do first and why. He's not like other doctors that has you jump in your chair , ok times up next number. He actually treats you as a person and not a number.\t\n\t\nI think alot of people that has negative reviews on him probably does not know how to communicate with the doctor cause if there was something he did wrong while in that chair at that moment ,I WOULD GET OUT OF THAT CHAIR and not remain in it for the whole session.\t\n\t\nI do highly recommend this family dentist and I do travel 1 hour for my appointments.

I have been a long time customer of Lake City Smiles, even prior to Dr. Yea taking over the practice. I can't remember the former dentist's name, but when going to Lake City Smiles at the time, I felt as if I were going to a former Russian KGB-Dental clinic. And he was by no means gentle. He seemed to know he was close to retirement and took little care for preventative care and maintenance of my teeth. \t\n\t\nI am really glad Dr. Yea and his team have taken over the clinic. I really enjoy their pleasant attitudes, and they are always willing to accommodate my requests and help find an appointment time that works best for both of us.\t\n\t\nI read the other posts and have never had a bad experience under the care of Dr. Yea. He has always been very friendly, gentle, and has worked very hard to get my teeth back in good shape! Even though I no longer live in Shoreline, I am keeping Dr. Yea as my dentist because I have enjoyed his work. His work is top notch, as I have been told by another dentist I had to see when on a relief trip out of the country. \t\n\t\nI highly recommend Dr. Yea and his team if you are in the Lake City area or beyond that and looking for a great dentist!
