I paid over $200 bucks to get the SwedePro boots shipped to my house so I would get them before I had to be back at work (my old pair of boots had literally no soles on them - I NEEDED these boots!) and a week goes by, still no boots! I called - they 'forgot' to hand my order in to the online shipping department. When I finally got them, they were the wrong size! CSPOutdoors cost me money is lost wages because I missed so much work due to not having boots and when I called to complain, their 'only' solution was to give me a $50 credit and refund my shipping. I am NOT happy and these boots are now not even wearable - I have had them approximately 3 months.
