If you're looking to rent a property from this company, go for it. You'll get everything you want at the expense of the home owner. If you're looking to have them "manage" your property, run far far away. As a property managment company they're suppose to look out for the best interest of the owners and protect their investment. The year they managed our property they looked out for the interest of the tenants and them alone. They gave them everything they asked for, even unimportant cosmetic things that were apparent before the tenants rented the house. And their handyman is a joke. The "repair" jobs he did looked like a six year old did them then charged us an outrageous amount for them. So to sum it up, they'll bend over backwards to please the tenants and let them do whatever they want to your house while raping you of half your income. ...read more
