(I would've gave this no stars, but 1 start was my only option) I will never EVER go back and book anything with this travel agent. I went in to the office to pay for the remaining balance on my account. I was waiting for over 30 mins without any greeting, not even any eye contact or I will be right with you...NOTHING! The owner PAM made me feel like I was not worth her time. I left upset and very hurt (in tears)...so bad that I am canceling my vacation that I have been planing for a year now and taking my business somewhere else.
