I went to this place after reading the hours and services written on their door. The day I went there was a line outside the door. When I go inside I found that you just needed to sign in. There was no reason for the line. I signed in but left after an hour and a half as the place was so crowded and disorderly and the volunteers if that is what they were treated the people very rudely.
