I went into Toyota of New Orleans, working with there sister dealership Premier Honda to buy my second car from this dealership duo in less than one year. I walked away lied to, deceived, and horribly frustrated. I processed all information via email before going to the dealership, But upon arrival, I was not welcomed. I was not greeted (let alone enthusiastically). I could not believe that was the way this dealership handles its customers--let alone repeat customers. I had decided on the purchase vehicle and negotiated a price, and regardless of the bad service, was sitting down to make the purchase, but Toyota of New Orleans and Premier Honda, instead of acknowledging a mistake regarding the vehicle (i.e. a missing car component/seat component), decided to claim the car component was optional. But it was not optional; it was missing. Instead of being honest and forthright, the dealer was deceptive and dismissive. I was later proven right at a different dealership. Toyota of New Orleans and their sister dealer Premier Honda provided the worst car buying (attempt) I have ever had.
