All I can say about Precision Metal Restoration & Refinishing in New Orleans, LA is WOW, AMAZING! I am a head manager of a Restaurant in the New Orleans, LA area. It is my job to not only run and manage, but to also make executive decisions regarding the field. That being said, I was for a while using a cheap company to come out twice a month to polish all our kitchen utensils, equipment, etc. They were cheap, which was why I used them for so long, but they really didn't do a fantastic job at making our restaurant "Dazzle". I decided that with our clientele only growing, and it being a "fine dining" restaurant, our guests deserved a lot more. I found Precision Metal & was VERY impressed when they came out! This company is poorly run and incredibly difficult to deal with. They picked up gate parts from my home in order to fix my gate opener, lost the parts and refused to replace them. Use this company at your own peril. You have been warned! ...read more
