The owner of this firm contracted for my services on site. When I arrived, he hovered over me while I worked for almost two hours. I billed him for just one hour of my time and he promised he would pay me promptly. However, within two days I received a letter informing he he had no intention to pay, that the situation was worse after I left, which was not the case.
