Grossly over charges for batteries. Refuses to cancel monitoring over phone. Sends bills for monitoring after texts and fax to discontinue. System was chronically prone to failures that required service charges. No help after storms. ...read more

never called to schedule appointment, just showed up days later. Completely OVERcharged for the lock! if I would have had any indication of it being more than $100 i would have not had it installed! Totally unsatisfied! ...read more

The owner of this firm contracted for my services on site. When I arrived, he hovered over me while I worked for almost two hours. I billed him for just one hour of my time and he promised he would pay me promptly. However, within two days I received a letter informing he he had no intention to pay, that the situation was worse after I left, which was not the case. Because he does not pay his bills for contracted work, I would urge other companies to keep this in mind when considering hiring his firm. ...read more
