These guys run a good, honest business. If I had to be completely honest, I'd say the city consists of 50% really old people who have nothing better to do than watch they garbage truck come around, and 50% people who are extremely uptight; no one in this town ever has anything nice to say... but maybe that's everywhere... They've always apologized for and gone above and beyond to fix anything that goes wrong. I don't know them personally, but from the looks of how they run their business, I'd say we've got ourselves some pretty great trashmen in Natchitoches. ...read more

pickup was done on my street today 5/24 and my garbage was not picked up again. i am constantly having problems with workers picking my garbage up. i often have to drive on other strieets to find them and make them come back around to pick my gargabe up. this is like the 10th or 15th time this has happened. your men need to do a better job of making sure they are dumping every can. i am tired of paying for poor service. ...read more
