I wanted to be sure that you're aware of the recent activities at 606 Wilmuth. Your idiot Jimmy McGhee has lit the house on fire two times this year. Look at the rear of the house at the freshly (and sloppily) painted siding and gables. There was another inside fire just after New Year's. There is noticeable smoke damage on the interior, poorly patched fire damage on the rear outer wall, and what is surely extensive smoke damage in the attic. I have called the police repeatedly about fistfights in the front yard, semi- naked girls running screaming down the street in the wee hours and obvious drug deals. There are at least 4-5 people living there at any given time. He seems to think his leukemia is a get out of jail free card and so far he seems to be right. If you have no interest in the quality of the neighborhood or the safety of our children my next step will be to hire representation and petition the City Council to seize and condemn the structure. ...read more

Ethan Landry is a horrible agent. He put our home up for sale and forgot about us. He did not follow through on what he said he would do, and he lied to us many times. We spoke with one realtor who showed our home and told us that Ethan falsely advertised our home as being waterfront. She said that she spoke with Ethan about it. When we asked Ethan about the showing, he said he had not heard from the agent and said how difficult it was to hear back from other agents. That was a total lie. He later told us someone wanted our home, and then he kept giving excuses for why they had not made an offer yet. After some investigating of our own, we found out that he had been lying about them too. There were many more lies too. I think he puts all his efforts into his buying clients since they are ready to buy and just need to find a home. They are easier money. He neglects his listed properties, waiting for them to sell by the efforts of another agent. ...read more
