Patricia Fulmer is led by greed. Is controlling and attempts to manage the lives of her tenants. She will tell you how you are supposed to live in "her apartments" as if you do not pay rent and as if you aren't an adult. She is nosy and overbearing. RUN RUN RUUUUUN!!! Never rent!!! Trust this review. If you do not trust the review, stop a tenant and ask them what they think. People constantly moving in and then out of the building to get away. ...read more
