VERY POOR. I broke down at Burger King accross the street from Glenn's Auto Repair. The starter went out on my truck. I walked accross the street to Glenn's and requested service. He sent two men who pulled started the truck and drove it to his shop. I walked back accross the street and gave him the info on the truck. He ordered a starter and at around 4 PM had the truck fixed. He charged me a total of $437.09 for the repair. $223.00 for the starter, $22.00 for misc battery parts, $75.00 labor, and $75.00 for towing it accross the street.
