when we pulled in the parking lot we noticed the grass had not been mowed in a loooong time....some of the grass by the doors was waist high. the pool was closed, the jacuzzi was BROWN and not working....the fence around the place was falling down....back entrance was propped open with a towel...hows that for security!! i had reserved a non smoking and the first room we were given was definitely smelly and smoking.....smelled of mildew also....the next room the tv picture was bright pink,green blue purple and yellow....the bathroom light was out and couldnt be fixed because the fixture had been shoved into the ceiling, they had a bucket to catch the water under the sink, remote batteries were no good, the place is just in general disrepair.....above all, i had paid for 2 nights and we wanted to stay somewhere else the next night and they wouldnt give me my money back....said they were a franchise....very disappointed...loo ...read more
