Tina Blanchard was HIGHLY recommended to me as THE person in Lake Charles to have my eyeliner done by! Many of my client's at DarQest Tan used her and were ALL thrilled with the results. My mother wanted to have it done by Tina, but lives 4 hours away and couldn't get here to have it done ... she had it done somewhere else and is not happy with the results.
