First, my husband had an appointment scheduled for his impressions for his permanent set of dentures and the day of he arrives and they tell him he never had an appointment. So being the softy he is, he just reschedules and goes back the following week and has his impressions made. He is told they should be ready in about 6 weeks. So 6 weeks later, he calls to check on status of his permanent dentures and they proceed to tell him they have no record of him ever going to do his impressions and offer him to set up an appointment to have them made. After explaining to receptionist that he already went through this, she argues otherwise and keeps offering him to make an appointment. My friends have gone through there, (several of them) and once they have completed the program, they have tried to steer them in the direction of their more "for-profit" treatment instead of other options. This is the biggest complaint I have heard. Be wary....the dollar is the goal here. ...read more
