We recently had a DVD player installed. We had to go back for some troubleshooting that we later found out was caused by a bad cell in our battery. Chad Neveu and his installers did everything possible to determine what our problem was. i am a technician for a local on site repair company, constantly I am tasked with repairing vehicles ranging from the smallest light duty pickup, to the biggest of big class 8 tractors. I tend to go to my "hometown" truck parts house which never seem to be to anxious or eager to help. They just put my name on a pad of paper and when they can get to me they will. this has been a big issue and has lost more than a few jobs for me since i have to put my customer on hold as well.
