The sales people that work at Stevens are very nice, very helpful, and totally attentive. But lets talk about the quality. I bought my home for a good deal. But the installtion was done half-assed. Before it was a year old, it needed to be re-leveled (naturally). But I didnt get that in my contract apparently. The 2 car driveway I asked for was made so haphazardly, that we risk driving OFF the driveway to get out. (You'd have to see it). There is STILL concrete wash-out in my backyard. (Which I called and asked to have removed on several occasions). and to top it all off..a 4-ton A/C unit was put into this house and has since, quit working because the unit couldn't keep up. This house requires a 5-ton unit. By the way, it's the end of June, 104 degrees F. A/C is broke...and apparently, this company has vanished without a trace.
