Have eaten there several times and everything we ever ordered was delicious. Best poboys - the bread is toasted to perfection! The prices are good! Seven of us ate at 4 PM on a Saturday - five of us had the softshell crab specials and one pasta dish and one large bowl of soup with salad and asparagus or French fries and 4 glasses of wind, a tea and a soft drink and five desserts for $163 before the tip. GLOCKNERS has the best food I have had in a long time. They do catering only now and the restaurant on the lake was destroyed because of the storm. They attempted to reopen in town on 434 but were not able to obtain a liquor license at the new location due to Parish rules.
