In October 2009, I paid in full over $1,000 to New Orleans Laptops for computer hard drive data recovery services. They did not deliver any services. They are still in possession of my hard drive and money but refuse to give me either the data (service I paid for) or a refund. They told me my HD was sent to a specialist in Dallas, TX. They gave me the name of the company but when I called the company they said they never heard of New Orleans Laptops and furthermore had not gotten anything in from the state of LA in the last 6 months. I realized he was lying so I told him I wanted my money back and he said he would process a refund. It never happened. Now I have no hard drive and no data. I cannot use my computer. Beware!!!
