On April 30, 2009 I purchased a beautiful 2010 21FBS from Dixie R.V. I had a good experience and the process went well, however, 9 days later my companion who was to help me pay for the trailer died of a sudden heart attack. He was only 58 years old. This was a disaster in my life! Since the Dow Credit Union had not completed the payment arrangement yet, I asked that according to the purchase agreement ,#6 "Failure to Complete Purchase" , be inacted, I was told that it was my responsibility to sell the tralier and I would loose more money than just my deposit. I feel trapped now with something I cannot use or face repossession.
