MICE! Be careful! They're the same people as Church Street Storage, just under a different name. They have mice! Was told there was nothing they could do because they didn't have access to everyone's unit. My review from 2013: They have mice! They've had a mouse infestation for more than two years -- I started noticing traps by the front doors about two years ago. Have seen two mice in the last three months of occasional visits to my unit. Also, I don't think they spray for roaches monthly anymore, like I was told they did when I first signed up with them years ago. I recently noticed roach droppings in my unit. Will likely be changing to a new facility. This place advertises heavily on KSLU, Southeastern Louisiana University's radio station, so students and faculty beware unless you want to have your stored books eaten by roaches and mice. I have moved multiple times in the past 5 years and have never had such a disappointing experience with movers. Coleman American damaged almost every big piece of furniture I own. There are large gashes in most of my wood furniture. This company is absolutely careless. They took over 8 hours to load my belongings after I had taken the time to pack almost everything myself before their arrival to expedite the process. I am in the process of filing a claim to have them replace my damaged items; I will update regarding their customer service in this area.
