The boat ramp is in horrible shape i would not recomend launching a boat at on this ramp. the ramp is to steap and if you dont have 4x4 or a locking rear end its very hard to get out of. iv had to push my truck with the locking rear end out with the boat motor. now that the lake has been lowered and you can see. the concrete is busted to peices there is exposed rebar and big jaged concrete edges sticking up. its posible to really tear a boat trailer up on this ramp. pluse they charge 5 dallors to launch and if you dont load your boat the same day you get charged an aditional 5 dallors. i wouldnt mind paying if the ramp was maintained but your paying for an improved launch that is not improved. would be just as good launching on a dirt ramp somewhere. the store is closed the front porch has caved in and it probably wont be long before the store falls in the water if it isnt fixed. taking my buisiness to Pirates Cove they have a very nice and clean facility ...read more
