Maria Maria represented me in a child custody case that lasted more than 2 years. The courts did everything to keep me from getting custody. Several drinking and drunken incidents the mother had, including driving into a chemical plant and running in to a ditch, which the courts ruled as an "Incidental" incident. Then there was the DUI accident with the twins in her van. The courts very “forgiving” with that incident too. I almost lost my boys to an abusive alcoholic, but Maria never gave up.
