I had my child tested as part of my doctor’s request over 2 years ago. They were the only ones open to accept him quickly and now I know why. I received service and was issued a statement that my insurance had paid for the service. A couple of weeks later, I received another invoice stating that the service was not paid for. I have been fighting with the woman who runs it with no luck. They refuse to look at my invoice and have turned me over to collections. The final report was never released to me or my doctor since the $800 extra was tacked on after the insurance paid for it. My son never got the information he needed and I now have to fight a collections agency to try and satisfy this situation. The whole ordeal was done in this person’s house and I found it to be very unprofessional. I would hate to see anyone be put through the pain of having to deal with this company.
