If Hearing Health Care will check their records, they will find that I have already gone through their "program", and that it did not work for me at all. They were reluctant to allow me to return the hearing aids after the one month trial, pushing instead to "contact the factory" about changing something, but in reality, were just trying to get me to keep the units beyond the 30 day trial period, after which I would be "hooked" into paying off the entire multi-thousand dollar balance. I have been a customer of Morrisons for 18 years and Mr Morison, Coleman are the greatest people to work with . This time im a bit annoyed, I ordered supplies( I order ahead of time so I have enough) over aweek ago and No one said anything about backorder etc. I usually get my order next day or 2 days at most. I had to check back 4 -5 days later told "maybe was on backorder. Then didnt recieve called again and was shpped 2 days ago... Today got a UPD sticker on door needed a signature send by sender , I have never had to sign befoe. Now Im desperate for supplies and Ill miss them AGAIN tomorrow cause UPS will come and I wont be home to sign..ugh So Im going to call talk to John AGAIN and see if they can send me over night supplies and not chage me AGAIN ...Otherwise i have nevr had any problems with Morrisons, I should have spoke to cvoleman like I always do. ...read more
