We contracted with Gray's to fill in a 20X40 pool. He told us it would take 2 days and he could finish it the following week. There were some understandable rain delays, but it took 6 weeks before he completed the project, and he did not do it as he had agreed. He said he would mound the dirt "6 inches or so" above ground level to allow for settling, and he would plant grass seed. Among other things he (1) took at least 2 new jobs before he completed ours and delayed ours as a result (2) miscalculated how much dirt he would need & sent the truck away which resulted in a delay of about 2 weeks (3) left my yard in a total mess, including low spots where water continues to puddle over the pool area and the perimeter (4) told me that he could not get dirt during a week when I was out of town when the driver of the dirt truck confirmed that they did make deliveries during that week (5) scattered rye grass seed in the dirt when we had St. Augustine in the rest of the yard. When asked about it, he said "grass is grass" and told me that grass seed was expensive. Don't even want to give them one star. Pool collapsed. Splash sent incompetent, inept,etc. installers. Took 6 weeks to do 1 week of work. We have a lawyer working on this. The 2 or 3 neg. reviews for them that you will find is probably... ...read more
