I adopted a sweet little puppy from Caaws. When we got him, they told me he had a slight cough, and may need another round of antibiotics. They assured me that it was NOT kennel cough. We took him to the vet TWO days later, with horrible coughing and nasal discharge. Well, he didn't have Kennel Cough. My little baby had PNEUMONIA AND CANINE DISTEMPER, which is ALMOST ALWAYS DEADLY. This was the most irresponsible, and unprofessional group of people ever. My baby is so sick, and may die, because they did not properly screen him. Caaws has agreed to pay for his care, if we go to one of THEIR vets, which makes me nervous, because I worry they will be more inclined to put him down, to save Caaws money.
