I have waited nearly two weeks with no replies to my questions or concerns about hiring them for my needs. I have been very disappointed in their lack of communication from their website. When you submit feedback it stated it would take anywhere from 48-72 hrs for a reply if needed. Lets just say I am moving on to another company. ...read more

I had been used by Tax Masters and JK Harris. I feel as if I’ve invested too much in an attempt to get this tax mess fixed. I used to be doubtful with regards to contacting them, but I am glad I did.
