DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. Me and my wife moved in in June '13, and out July '14. From the start there were things needing to be fixed, and it was a hassle to fix what they did fix, and a lot was left broken for the year we were living there. Cracked tile in the kitchen, and a light fixture hanging by the wires are two examples. The AC went out, and it took 3 weeks for them to fix it because the person they use got sick and couldn't come, so instead of using a different company we just had to wait, and the same thing happened during the winter, and we wre told to buy space heaters until it was fixed. A pipe burst in December, and the hole in the ceiling was still there when we moved out in July. It took 3 weeks for them to clean a tree that had fallen up out of the yard, and they never fixed the fence it crushed, which caused me to have to keep my dog on a cable in the back yard. I paid rent flawlessly throughout the 13 months I lived there, and never gave them any issues that weren't their responsibility. It's not in the lease, but they will wait 30 days to send your deposit if you're lucky, and they WILL KEEP HALF OF YOUR DEPOSIT. He claimed I failed to clean the carpets, which were PERFECT during the move out inspection, and claimed I had to pay for the damages caused by a storm. And he did all of this AFTER I got my check in the mail for $425, instead of $700. He never once said I was responsible for damages the multiple times we talked before I got the check, and never sent me an invoice. I will be taking legal action, and hope to get this company blacklisted from Fort Knox. ...read more

If you have children, then stay away from here. The owners are always complaining about children playing. They do not want them playing on the grass, the driveways, or in the circle. The apartments are good but the management can be a pain sometimes. They are constantly coming up with more and more stupid rules. They recently told a new tenant they have blinds up so they could not put up curtains. They told another one that her children were not allowed to visit the other apartments. Their grandmother lives in one of the other buildings, and their friends in another. They went as far as putting an no trespassing sing up on the building that their friends live in. Not all of the buildings just that one. They are VERY kid unfriendly. ...read more
