In a quiet town in Paintsville, KY you can find the best chinese restaurant anywhere. That is as far as I am concerned. I have traveled many places, eaten at many upscale restaurants, and have yet to find any chinese food to out do or even compare to Mandarin House. I live in a large southern city and have plenty of choices to pick from, but what I keep coming back to is how good and how hard it is to find Mandarin House quality food anywhere but in Paintsville, KY.
