Doctors Valu Vision

1.0

By martha wilke

Recently stopped at paducah ky. value vision for an eye checkup, front staff was very slow processing patients, doctors were walking around with nothing to do. Techs were not getting all the information the first time they examined my eyes and the doctor had to send me back for more testing before he could complete his exam, I was not told about the new eye scan machine cost up front that would delay completing my exam because I would have to go sit again and wait for someone to dilate my eyes and then have to wait again for the doctor to see me. At this time, the office waiting area was full. After an hour and a half I was left sitting, a gentlemen asked if I had been seen for glasses and if I wanted to pay. I paid and left.
