Had a tour of the city which consisted of 4 besd visits & a versa tan which should have been put on my account on 4-30-11,First the girl tells me I've already used them(bought package on 4-21-11)the bought package was added on by the service director so she says she put it in wrong.When I tried to explain 1 package was bought and the other was a coupon i received in the mail, she acted like i didn't know what i was talking about.Then i said i used the coupon @ the 54 store she said it was there fault & they would have to fix it.Went to that store By the time i got there,everyone including people sittigng in the store know what was going on because fredrica st had already called.so the little girl working passed on the info to other customers.then she want's to act like she's all that.Needless to say me or anyone i can keep from it won't be tanning here again. ...read more
