I was at Immediate Care on Monday August 12, 2013 bright and early 8am. This was my first visit at Immediate Care. From the moment I walked in and registered until my departure I was treated with the upmost care and concern. The receptionist was friendly, kind and confidential. She spoke softly as not to mention my name aloud and she was so pleasant. She is very good at her job. I was then called back to a waiting room. From the RN who took my vitals to the assistant that was attending me and asking medical questions...I knew I had made the right decision in coming there. (My gf and husband come here and recommended ICC to me). When APRN Chad Sanders came into the room and was assisted by another nurse they were both very professional. Spoke to me in terms and words that I could understand and relate to. He listened to me and my concerns without making me feel like I was an idiot.
