Winters Towing

I'm still shaking from the experience I just had with Winters Towing and whom I believe was the owner of the company. The reason is I was called a B---- in front of my daughters, one being only 12 years old. I could never imagine a professional speaking to anyone like that ESPECIALLY IN FRONT OF CHILDREN. Upset that I questioned charges of after hours of $45, he called my daughter after 4:30 they close at 5:00, the day charge of $25, the car was not there until after 4:30, the dent in her trunk & that car wouldn't start until he did something under the hood. Before this I had to pay my bill in an overgrown lot at his truck.\t\nI called my husband upset & crying to tell him what I was called. Continuing to talk to my husband, in a public parking lot the gentlemen sat in his truck with lights shining on my daughters & myself. We contined to walk around the bar (from which he went to get change) he kept following us in his truck - lights still on us. Still being very upset & talking to my husband HE CONTINUED TO FOLLOW US. At that point my 12 yr old daughter became scared saying, "Come on Mom." My older daughter became very agitated with him so I told her to leave. Still shaken not wanting to drive I sat in my vehicle, he CONTINUED to sit there in his truck with lights on. I'VE NEVER FELT SO INTIMIDATED & HARASSED BY ANYONE.\t\nMy suggestion is if you have an accident/towing situation make sure that Winters Towing is not the business you or the police call. It is not uncommon for people to question the cost of a bill. People in a business should be professional & able to tolerate customers questioning prices WINTERS TOWING evidently is not one to do so. I would hope if a family member were in an accident that they would never have to deal with someone so intimidating as the person above. \t\nThe sad part of this I had to pay him $170 & be treated like this.
