I've been living at my current address since August. The last 2 payments I've made have been lost and they have no idea where they went. I faxed in a copy of the check for the first payment. They received it and told me it would be taken care of the following Monday. I went to the Harold payment center later that day to make the second payment. I get my bill today and find out that the second payment was never received either and they basically lied to me to get me off the phone and never did anything about the first payment. my bill is now $130. My bill goes up 12 bucks this past month. i live by myself and i know i don't use that much water. I haven't seen them read my meter in forever either. I would rather die than to have to go over there, cause there is an attitude going on in there sometimes, that i hate to deal with. Sorry, just saying. My bill was 35 dollars for november and it went up to 46 for December. I live alone. There is no way i use that much water. i hate dealing with them. Bad business. They need some training up there, how to deal with public for one thing. Sorry, but i have worked the public and you NEVER should be rude to your customers.
