Trover Health System\t\nMy experience at Trover was NOT GOOD. I had to wait 5 hours and then still did not know what was wrong with my arm. The ER Dr. which was Dr. Reschke, Dobroslawa, M.D did not even notice that my BLOOD PRESSURE was high 166/101, and on top of that wrote me a prescription for a medicine that says do not take if you are allergic to aspirin or have asthma and I have both and was wearing a hospital bracelet saying allergic to aspirin. Now today I have a migraine headache that will not go away even after taking ibuprofen twice, usually ibuprofen knocks out a headache in just a little while. I am not happy with the ER at TROVER . I called them today and the only thing would tell me is to come back in for evaulation and that means sitting another 5 hours in the waiting room for them to tell that it is a reaction to the meds THEY SHOT IN ME.!!!! ...read more

I am appaulled by the inconsideration portrayed by most of the staff in addition to their rudeness. I am disgusted by their lack of compassion and caring; they seem to treat patients as just a number.\t\nI was admitted into the ER, waited over an hour for a room. I am a Veteran as well as an Army Reservists who went in for bleeding at 7-9 weeks pf pregnancy. I was there for five hours, blood drawn, pelvic exam and ultrasound given. I was not able to see ultrasound and received barely any communication as to what was going on during any of the processes. The end result was being diagnosed as having a threatened miscarriage. I realized that after I left the hospital I neglected to ask if there was a heartbeat(since one can be detected as early as five weeks) and to ask if my cerviz was closed still. Upon calling, I was rudely assisted by someone named "MARY" who hung up on me after she told me to follow up as disclosed at time of discharge. When I calmly asked her if the heartbeat could be detected as early as five weeks she informed me that not here, not until 8 weeks. When I told her that I was only calling to see if my ultrasound revealed a closed cervix, I was told that I would not have been discharged if it wasn't and HUNG UP ON. I decided to call back and when I did I calmly let her know that I failed to get her name before I was rudely and abruptly hung up on. She told me that she could not give out that information and said thank you, loudly and agitated and HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN. I should have initially went to Jennie Stuart in Hopkinsville where the care and treatment of people as human beings with a problem can go; where they show some type of compassion for their patients, but Trover was closer. So I went although I had experienced their lack of professionalism once before when I took my infant son in for a cold. They sent me a letter two weeks later informing me that he had pneumonia which I had already suspected and confirmed in Hopkinsville right after due to instinct that Trover was incorrect.\t\nI will never go there again and this hospital only confirmed my suspicions and anxiety of having a child here in the States. I am so worried now that if by a miracle I don't have a miscarriage that I have to deliver my baby here. While I was stationed in Germany on active duty I had my sons there. The doctors and midwives were GREAT. They were compassionate and caring; you get an ultrasound at every check up appointment throughout your pregnancy which I have mentioned to a few nurses here and they look at you with disgust and disbelief, but its true. They care about their patients and they have the means to provide them with the best prenatal care in my opinion.\t\nI am so hurt and upset by the way I have been treated by people who are supposed to uphold some values and ethics in their profession and the experience I have incurred in my home country which I play my part in helping to defend. ...read more

I brought my husband into your ER last Friday eve. Oct 16 09 with terrible pain in back and belly. Your Dr. ran a few test and told him he had pulled muscles. He is now admitted into Vanderbilt Hospital with a hole in which his intestines had pushed thur and was twisted. He is having surgery either tonight or in the morning. If we;'d listened to the incompetent Dr. he might be dead by now. I want to make a formal complaint. This Dr of yours didn't even do a blood test. He acted like my husband was just a bother to him. He didn't even come in to tell us his diagnosis he let a nurse do it. Pretty poor , I don't think even 1 star is correct should be -10 ...read more
