I was assigned to them by my home warranty company. I had a work order created 6-19-18, they showed up on 6-23-18 and diagnosed that our lower leve ac unit had a faulty compressor. Unfornately the compressor wasn’t the only thing wrong with the unit- the condenser fan motor was also bad- however that was not diagnosed until they tried to installed the compressor 23 days later. I was also told that the fan motor part would not be available for another 14 days, that was in the heat of July where temperatures were in high 90s and 100s. Mind you I had to stay in a hote for a week because of how hot it was in our house. They had a lack of communication from the beginning and very poor customer service. Leonard did a great job today. I think it is the 5th time I've used CLMS. I just keep going back. I trust them. Leonard fixed my basement shower drain. I tried to unclog it but could not just get all of it out. He got here and in a short time had it taken care of. He listened to what my problem was and then went right to work. Called Tom Drexler Plumbing to install a kitchen faucet. They sent out some gentleman to give me an estimate. The estimate for installation was so exorbitant I told him so and he left. The water lines were flexible hoses that only needed to be screwed on and off. I called another plumbing company and the completed the job in 25 minutes at 1 quarter the price saving me hundreds off Drexlers estimate. ...read more
