BUYER BEWARE! This was the worst experience I have had with a healthcare provider, ever. I was suspect when the optometrist wanted me to pay almost $200 to have a procedure done for my dry eyes without offering any other alternatives. Also, my prescription was WAY stronger, and my eyesight is pretty stable. So, I went to an ophthalmologist (MD). First, the prescription the optometrist wrote was off by over a point. Also, my tear ducts were not even the reason for my dry eyes. It was allergies, which he specifically said wasn't the cause. My conclusion: if this practitioner is not a quack, he's not far from it.
