The raccoons are so bad that they travel in groups of 5 and more at a time. They come out day and night. Not safe for kids to be out anytime. The park is scamming people with a fake water bill of $100 per month. I was gone for a month and didn't use a drop of water and still had a $100 water bill. Rent is crazy high and keeps going up every few months. Vickie the office manager is LAZY, she wont come out of her office for anything, she doesn't even know the names of the roads in the park. She never travels the park to see how run down things are or to see what needs to be taken care of, she doesn't care, all she works on is getting money from the residents. She has no clue how to fix anything or manage the park at all, plus she is rude and tries to rip everyone off with overbilling. Do not move here unless you have a lot of money to spend each month because the park is going to rip you off every single month. Biggest scam I have ever seen.
