I was fired for doing the right thing. Becky and Tina's excuse was I did not report the fall on time. It was only me (literally) working in a covent with 7 to 9 other ladies, on a third shift. I reported it. "If I did not care about those people at that convent, I did not have to report the fall at all and because I was the only one working that shift, nobody would have known the difference" "No Good Deed Goes Unpunished". But that is not the real reason I was fired and they know it. I say the reall reason is because the place they sent me to is actually a nursing home trying to cover as a convent full of nunns. who puts a nurses station in a house, unless the people there require 24/7 care. I stated that I was going to contact the state to make sure that the place was properly licensed to operate. That is the rea reason in my opnion that I was fired. ...read more
