My wife and I had a horrible experience with Bill Collins Ford. We left our daughter's car with them on a Thursday morning to be looked over for a faulty driver side window, and requested an estimate before any work was done. After not hearing anything for four days and numerous calls, my wife finally had enough and went to the Dealership's Service Center to find out what was going on. When she arrived, she was told that the car still had not been looked at. The Service Rep proceeded to argue with her instead of apologizing about not returning a phone. They couldn't take the time to meet the lowest of Customer Service requirements which is maintain communication with the customer. They have lost a customer.
