We recycled at ISA two times that were questionable, as in we weighed our alum cans at home before going with a 50lb digital fishing scale, we weighed each bag seperatly and came up with a number, however when we recycled we were told we had less, this happened twice. Be sure to make them let you see that number on the scale!! We called up there the second time and they said they would make it right, but the damage was done. I wasn't going back for a few bucks when i'm driving a V8. It is only me and my boyfriend, no kids, the only thing going into those bags of cans are coca cola and budweiser cans, yet I remember the weigher telling me as he handled our cans, which were always drained and stored inside a closed garage, "these are some heavy cans". Looks like I.D. hasn't improved much on the customer service that has been repeatedly commented on in a negative way. Unfortunately Oldham County took away our freedom to choose who we want to pay and have to deal with concerning our garbage service. Typical why we don't get considerate helpful service because they don't have to worry about because they know we are STUCK with them. Let's hope Oldham County fires them. We deserve more than what we have to deal with. They did resolve my problem with a "courtesy run" and glad they are doing so but had to go through several excuses why they did not pick up when at other times they did it anyway.
