I have never written a negative review before. I am just not a negative kind of person and I am very understanding of people and situations. But I have never in all my life had to deal with someone like Gym and Swim. They have dragged out my pool construction for months and months on end. They have also lied to me repeatedly about timelines and the costs of the construction. They absolutely do not return calls and will never give you timelines. When they do, it is always a lie. They are of the opinion that they are the only pool company in our city. They are so smug and over confident that there is no one else to build pools, that they absolutely do not care about taking care of customers. They start projects and will show up for 1-2 days at the beginning and they disappear for weeks and months on end. They show up again for 1-2 days before a so-called draw date and pretend to do some work so that they can collect a check. Then they will disappear again. I am so fed up with them and their owner that I am planning to use a different company even though I am mid-way through this project. I am writing this so that I might be able to educate at least a few people from falling into their trap. Please find someone else for your project. I PURCHASED MY CAMBRIDGE MODEL IN 1972 THIS TABLE IS GREAT 1 '' SLATE. I HAVE HAD IT MOVED AT LEAST 6 TIMES AROUND THE COUNTRY AND IO STILL HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS. THE RAIL ARE STILL AS LIVE AND FAST AS THE THE DAY I PURCHASED IT WHEN I LIVED IN LEXETON. THE ONLY PROBLE IS THAT LAST YEAR A FRIEND MADE A 1 INCH RIP IM MY FELT THAT I HAVE TO REPLACE. I DON'T KNOW ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THEIR TABLES NOW, BUT THEN IT WAS AND STILL THE BEST TABLE I HAVE SHOT ON AND I'M STILL SHOOTING ON IT.
