I had a pool installed 2 years ago which collapsed at Christmas. I was told it was water displacement. I had them out in June to do a leak detect and patch. They patched one hole and said it was fixed. Called them back a week later because it was still leaking. A week later it continued to leak. I called the service department 4 different times and they would not return my call. I drained the pool to install a new liner myself and found 8 more holes!!! I was told by the service manager that the "leak detect can find a pin hole in the liner" Whatever!!! Do not waste your time or money on them! ...read more

We purchased a hot tub today dealing with the owner Dwayne. After agreeing on price,signing papers, and paying in FULL we leave expecting a call for a delivery day which is guaranteed next week. Hour later they call saying we owe $150 for delivery because we live out of area which they knew before we paid.
