This company laid my father off, understandable, but while at home on this layoff, my father fell, broke his ankle. My mother had called frequently to check the work staus. Afew days after one of her calls Dean calls to have my father come back to work, but finds out he has broken his ankle. Apon finding this out he pulls my fsthers unemployment eligibility, but told him when he was better he could still come back to work. My sister-in-law called today to tell me they went ahead and fired him by registered letter. Couldn't even face a man that devoted more than 15 years to their company.
