We had a tire replaced just over a week ago. Pulled into a Lowes and get a nail in the tire. Normally, no problem. However, when my wife took the van to Springdale (the place where we got the tire), they told her it had a bubble in it. I had been the only driver of the van (only took it out twice during the week - runs to Kroger). No bump on my part. When I called, I was informed that I should have taken out the protection plan on the car (said mockingly to me). It's one thing to have me hit for over $100 but another thing to mock me. I don't plan on going back even though it's right outside my subdivision. I also plan to tell all our friends. No mocking on my part.... ...read more
