The service is not good. The last time I was in this store to get a watch battery, I had inquired about adding links back onto my 14K Gold watch band and one of the Sales Associates remarked that the watch on my arm could NOT possibly be 14K gold. I told her it was and she argued with me in front of other customers that it was NOT and even asked where I purchased it. I told her from a jeweler in NYC.
