Penny was recommended by a friend, I wasn't sure what to expect but she helped me and my family every step of the way. She gave us a list of loan officers, home inspectors and insurance agents to call. We were able to find dependable individuals to work with. She was quick to return calls and I always knew that we were in good hands. Thanks so much Penny for all of your hard work, ...read more

This place is the most disguisting ever!! They only have one matience person who is elderly and getting ready to retire. The light in the living room ceiling feel twice and hit my child once. Then they stopped putting it back up and said an electrition was going to come. That was 7 months ago, and there is just exposed wires hanging from ceiling. It took 3 weeks to get the air fixed, and the person took off the closet doors and moved all of my stuff. the doors are still off, and the fridge leaked on everything causing mold. They told me to clean it!!! My daughter is alergic. The health department has been there numerous time. I had to put a bucket under my sink to catch the leaks because it never got fixed. People smoke drugs and cigs in the hallway and put them out on the wall. The police are constantly there for fights and thieves. They are always trying to add extra charges to your monthly bill which is never the same. I am fiilling a class action suit with the other people in the building. ...read more

Commonwealth Home Inspections

5.0

By Bobbie L at Customer Lob

Commonwealth Home Inspections did a home inspection for me and if it wasn't for Kenny, I would have been stuck with a bad house. He really was a lifesaver. I thought he was very professional, explained things as he went, and pointed things out to me. I thought the final report was absolutely excellent in how detailed it was. It was an absolutely good experience and I would highly recommend him. I plan on using him for my next home. ...read more

What is a CMA or Comparative Market Analysis for my Louisville Home?

What is my Louisville home worth? We get this question often, and we can answer that for you! We do what is called a Comparative Market Analysis, or CMA in real estate lingo. If you would like to know what this means, keep reading. Our agents pull up properties from the Louisville MLS that surround your property within a certain radius, and pick the ones that closest resemble your property.  These properties can include active listings of homes for sale in Louisville, pending listings, sold listings, and even withdrawn, cancelled, and expired listings.  A home market analysis involves a detailed examination of these listings to determine which homes are closest in size (both of the lot and the square footage of the home), age, condition, upgrades, and of course location. This a basic explanation, and there is more than meets the eye to this. Our real estate agents have the experience and resources to be able to determine the best selling price for your home in Louisville.  So give one of our listing agents a call to find out what your Louisville home is worth - you'll be glad you did!  Brenda Doll 502-639-9303 Natalee Tincher 502-510-7038 This is a FREE Home Comparative Market Analysis.
