Most terrible customer service ever!As a paying customer having an issue with my website I have submitted support tickets that have not been even looked at for days at the time, then realizing that my support tickets are not even being reviewed I tried calling them and getting no answer... But one time when I actually got lucky and someone answered the phone there was no "hello, thank you for calling" or anything, the guy listen to my problem silently and then said that they would look into it... and again there was no "thank you, have a nice day", he just hung up... Needless to say that our website problem was not taken care of... I am switching to another hosting company. Robin took my money without giving me pics, jobs or anything and I've tried with no luck to get my money back. Since I can't I will make sure tht everyone knows that this agency is a rip off. They need to be shut down and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and whoever else I can and encourage everyone else to do the same. I'm going to make sure that as many people as possible know that Agency Interactive, aka XPO aka whatever they are going by now gets shut down and Robin can never work in the industry again. ...read more

I believe it was 2 or 3 yrs ago when I was "signed" by Agency Interactive. Its a total scam. I was naive to believe anything that comes out of Robin's mouth. Of course she's nice, I guarantee that she signs everyone who walks through the door in order to collect monies from them. Robin told me I had to pay for pictures and that I couldn't use the pictures I already had taken. Huge red flag #1. I started paying Robin in installments monthly and once I paid $700.00 Robin sent me an email setting up my date for pictures. I arrived for my photos only for her to turn me away claiming I need to pay her another $500 to take pictures that day. I was livid. Not only that, Robin would email and call me to set up auditions or to tell me that I had been booked on a myriad of gigs (around derby) only for her to call me back and say they had been canceled.
